The New Joinee Application provides visibility to all groups involved in new hiring
process; HR, Accounting, IT, Admin and Purchasing. Personal accounts (travel, credit
card) are automatically opened and requirements for computer access, furniture,
and orientation are routed to the appropriate departments and tracked by managers.
Service assignments are routed to IT and Facilities staff via wireless PDA's. Participants
in the process are kept aware of a new hire's status at all times. It provides alerts
to remove the bottlenecks in the processes. Its reporting services give the management
the customized reports on status of new hires.
