Solution

Skills Assessment Tool (SAT) is a product designed by COMM-IT India PVT LTD for assessment of HR skills set. This product was designed to be used by companies for testing professional for pre-employment and also post-employment. This is a web based Testing application with the features of managing candidate profile, resume and complete billing and was developed using ASP.NET. SAT was a comprehensive Testing application with features that addresses the requirement of very wide range of Test situations. The architecture of the application was n-tier which included presentation layer, components layer, XML Web Services layer and database layer. The Database used was SQL Server 2005. The entire development was undertaken in two stages i.e. Stage-I (involve getting the basic functionality up), Stage-II (involve comprehensive solution development).
