Tax Evasion Petition Management Solution
The application would require handling and monitoring processes which can
track each activity from TEP registration, pendency, delay, disposal at each stage
by department hierarchy heads. This application will be a standalone solution for
the New Delhi office and will be accessed by 50-60 officers.
Key Requirements :

generated
- All users to have a unique username and password. This will allow them
the access only the application and not the complete system.
- All TEPs will be generated/stored centrally at a server. Application should also
provide the option to upload and store scanned copies of the TEPs
- Each TEP will have a Discussion board attached and metadata connected to it. Board
will allow users to put in their comments for each TEP. It will also allow users
to attach PDF, DOC, XLS and JPEG files. Discussions could be accessed by head officers
of each unit
- After the TEP is registered, application should dynamically search and generate
complaints against the complainees in dynamic fashion on all criteria.
- Application to have search facility on Various categories and types of TEPs
- Should maintain a Log/trail of all the activities on a TEP. E.g. action taken
by various officers, letters and communication
- Alerts and notifications should be regularly generated in case of delay or
pendency status
